Please kindly note some important information regarding the session:

Items required

Candidates are required to bring their mobile phone, iPad or a recording device to the session so they can film themselves privately to help them evaluate some skills. The phone or iPad should be separate to the device they will be joining on in order to do some simple audio or visual recordings.   A spare piece of paper and pen will also be useful in case they need to write a quote from the PowerPoint.

Information to share with attendees regarding Cameras

Please note that cameras are required on your computing device for this session, as we focus on verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Please make sure you have access to a camera on your computer/laptop and that you are in an environment where you are comfortable to be visible on camera. If you are working from an office you may want to use a meeting room for privacy as the session is interactive.

No Photography

Please note that pictures must not be taken of the course as it is copyright to us.

Recording the workshop

Due to the data protection act, facilitators have requested that no recording is made. The workshop is an interactive and a safe place to try out their techniques and therefore we don’t feel it is fair to record candidates who attend our workshops.
