The next Coaching SIG Session: Quality assurance in Internal Coaching will take place on Tuesday 28th April 2026 – 1:00 to 2:00 PM.
What we’ll cover
The Coaching SIG leads will facilitate this action learning set–style session and pose the following questions for small groups to discuss in breakout rooms before coming back together to share ideas and best practice:
- How do you ensure the coaches joining your internal coaching communities are of a high calibre?
- What type of supervision do you provide or expect your internal coaches to engage with?
- How do you support the continuing professional development of your internal coaches?
