A Leader’s guide to navigating uncharted and stormy waters in a world going through fundamental change

Synopsis: The World Economic Forum assert that Leaders have to navigate the uncharted waters of this turbulent age. Given the storms ahead, this call is critical. Few leaders however have been trained to navigate, either in unfamiliar waters or in storms. Our mission is to show leaders how to do this.

 

Workshop Stream 3

Using mentoring to build race awareness and address race inequalities

Synopsis: This session will explore how mentoring, as part of a blended learning approach, can address individual and organisational challenges associated with race at work. It will demonstrate how reverse mentoring and mentoring sets can enhance awareness of race issues, build inclusive leadership skills, and support the progression of BAME employees.

Enabling Social Learning while Socially Distancing

Synopsis: Part of weathering storms is not facing it alone. Now, more than ever, is a time for communities to come together and guide each other through the learning journey. This interactive workshop will explore models of social learning and the potential applications of these in our new way of working.

Synopsis: Through discovering and experimenting with the Career Exploration Process we will help you develop an understanding of your personality type and how it impacts on the approach you take to your career.
