About the speaker:
Kirsty Dixon likes to describe herself as a post-menopausal woman with 12 years perimenopause experience. Her journey has been a tough one and is what drives her passion to help others and raise awareness. Following on from a career change and her work at the University of York, where she changed the culture around menopause and helped with support and awareness raising, she set up Pause for Thought Consultancy in 2022, to help employers to do the same. She also offers help and advice to individuals.
