Tracey Charlton
Tracey Charlton has been a Strategic Change Lead at Newcastle University since 2013, leading various University-wide strategic change programmes and more recently supporting the Faculty of Medical Sciences with the reorganisation in 2019.
The focus of this work has been around embedding structures, enabling consistent ways of working and building capacity and capability at all levels.
Tracey has a background in Human Resources and has extensive experience in delivering transformational change initiatives from concept to realisation, facilitating culture change and business efficiency and effectiveness.
Tracey is CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) qualified and is in the final stages of completing an MSc in Strategic Leadership; she is also a qualified Change Management and Project Management practitioner.
