The inaugural AI SIG session, Are you using AI to its full potential?, will take place on Wednesday 16th September, 13:00 – 14:00.
What we’ll cover
Most professional services staff who use AI aren’t unlocking all its benefits. A quick email draft, a tidied-up report, a summarised document. Useful, but it’s where almost everyone stops.
This workshop shows you the rest. Using our six-level AI Use Hierarchy, we map the move from one-off prompts to repeatable workflows that actually save hours. We ground it in real use cases from professional services roles, and we’re honest about where AI helps and where it should be kept well away.
We close on the part that matters most: knowing when human judgement, not the tool, should make the call.
This will be a highly interactive session, which encourages participants to get involved, ask questions and have a go!
