The Power of Physical Intelligence – why the future of creativity, learning and performance is in the body (ALSIG)

The next ALSIG Workshop – The power of Physical Intelligence – why the future of creativity, learning and performance is in the body- will take place on Tuesday 22nd October 2024 1.00PM – 2.30PM.

Our bodies are the source of untapped potential. When we understand and manage the neurochemistry and neurophysiology of our body we have access to substantial increases in our inner strength, cognition, neuroplasticity, creativity, resilience, motivation and more.

This is called our Physical Intelligence, our third intelligence.

Based on award winning work, we will take you on a tour of the amazing hidden technology of the body, the neurochemistry of performance and human change, learning and adaptability.

We will show you how this is being applied in the fields of learning, leadership, change management, education and coaching.

The session will be a blend of the latest science with practical experiences and tools for you to take into your professional and personal life.

Our guest speaker is Kevin Chapman

During the presentation, we will have breakout sessions, giving attendees the chance to discuss the topics in small groups. These discussions will then be shared in the main session to further enhance learning.
