The SDF welcomes new Scottish Co-Chairs

The SDF extends a very warm welcome to the new Co-Chairs for the Organisation and Staff Development (OSD) Scotland.

Regional Co-Chair – Chani Caunt

Chani is the Talent and Organisational Development Consultant at the University of the West of Scotland, and is responsible for upskilling staff in management and leadership capabilities through a range of classroom, virtual and on-the-job learning interventions. She also leads on various Organisational Development initiatives related to staff development and has a central role in supporting graduates to gain valuable experience though the University’s Graduate Intern Programme.

Chani is an experienced coach and enjoys the journey of helping people develop the self-awareness required to achieve their goals.

 

Regional Co-Chair – Eithne Graham

Senior Organisational Development Partner with University of Dundee, Eithne is dedicated to supporting and empowering people in their professional development and enhancing organisational performance. She is responsible for the management of the university’s programmes of Professional and Managerial Development, Organisational and Leadership Development, Mentoring, and Self-Directed Learning.

Before making the transition to Higher Education, Eithne worked in training, consultancy, and L&D team managerial roles in finance for Santander UK plc and Telecommunications with Three. She enjoys exploring innovative, creative solutions and enabling emotionally intelligent leadership.

Eithne is CIPD, Belbin and EQi-2.0 and EQ360 accredited and has facilitated extensively across the UK including at Edexec and Bett conferences.
