I have extensive experience of working in the education and health sectors where I have held a number of roles including learning and development programme management, leadership training and organisational development. I am an accredited coach, Action Learning Set facilitator and 360 degree feedback facilitator.
I have a particular passion for coaching as a way of unlocking potential and guiding coaches to the answers they already hold within themselves. I work with both individuals and groups using the GROW model and many other tools and techniques.
I am delighted to be a presenter at the Festival of Learning where I will be drawing upon the wisdom of Winnie the Pooh and his friends to demonstrate the power of coaching as a tool for self-development.
