Presenter: Adèle MacKinlay is the Director of Development at the Women’s Higher Education Network (WHEN). Her current ‘day job’ is Director of People and Organisational Development at Loughborough University, and she is the Leadership Champion for EDI. Her passion is around equity and inclusion, around organisational shift and culture change, around developing organisations in which all people feel psychologically safe, included and respected and can thrive. She joins Manchester University as Director of People and Organisational Development in September.
