The Advancing Women’s Leadership Special Interest Group is delighted to invite you to an event brought to us by WHEN (Women’s Higher Education Network)

WHEN offers free membership to anyone working in an Institute who is already a member and more information about how to join will be available at the session.

  • WHEN – Our vision, mission, and strategic plan
  • WHEN – How to get involved (including information about the mentoring programme)
  • Breakout Discussions – Working on individual and collective change

Presenter: Adèle MacKinlay is the Director of Development at the Women’s Higher Education Network (WHEN). Her current ‘day job’ is Director of People and Organisational Development at Loughborough University, and she is the Leadership Champion for EDI. Her passion is around equity and inclusion, around organisational shift and culture change, around developing organisations in which all people feel psychologically safe, included and respected and can thrive. She joins Manchester University as Director of People and Organisational Development in September.
