Dr Martha Kember is the HR Partner for Organisational Development, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at the University of Hull.
Supporting 2000 academic and professional services staff, she and the OD team manage a wide range of activity including induction, learning and development, academic promotion, wellbeing and engagement.
Martha is the institutional lead for Athena SWAN and her research is focused on disability, accessibility and intersectionality in HE.
