Nita Baum Bio

Nita Baum founded b*free in 2013 to activate individual, team and organizational potential to transform Workplaces to HealingSpaces where people & cultures center humanity & equity for greater freedom, sustainable prosperity & wellbeing for all.

We partner with purpose-driven organizations to co-create equitable, inclusive workplaces and communities that embody your values and center humanity, equity & wellbeing through equity leadership coaching, content & communities of practice.

Our approach is designed to facilitate learning through respectful and generative conversation and conflict navigation, skill-building and active practice for equity leadership and healing around race, equity, inclusion and diversity.

b*free is intentionally structured as a dynamic ecosystem of culture leaders with cross-industry experience who each lead their own businesses and communities; our multidisciplinary approach draws on our embodied experience and praxis across neuroscience, embodiment, storytelling, culture transformation, psychosomatic healing and adult developmental psychology.

We bring multiple perspectives to widen our view and capacity to co-create a more equitable future for all people with you. Nita has worked in government, private sector consulting, education and ran a consultancy that worked with global and national leaders to improve education policy & practice in K-12 & higher education.
