The next Coaching SIG Workshop – Building a Coaching Culture – will take place on Thursday 19th February 2026 12.00 – 1.00 PM.
In this ever changing world, leadership is less about having the answers and more about creating the space for others to think, grow and take ownership. A coaching culture is built through everyday conversations, where people feel listened to, trusted and supported to find their own solutions. When this happens, confidence, engagement and performance naturally follow.
What we’ll cover
This session explores what a coaching culture looks like in practice and how it shows up in day to day leadership. We’ll focus on:
- The shift from telling and fixing to curiosity and empowerment
- How coaching can be woven into everyday conversations
- Core coaching skills, including listening, powerful questions and psychological safety
- Simple, practical ways to embed coaching into meetings, check-ins and performance conversations
What you’ll come away with
By the end of the session, you will have:
- A clear understanding of what a coaching culture is and why it matters
- Greater confidence to use coaching in conversations that build ownership and trust
- Simple tools and habits you can apply immediately
