SDF Developing Excellent Practice Award 2024

We’re delighted to announce that this year we received a total of 12 submissions for the Developing Excellent Practice Awards, recognising and celebrating outstanding staff development individuals or teams.

The SDF Developing Excellent Practice Award reflects the 2024 Festival of Learning and Development’s overarching theme of Transform, Empower and Balance: Moving towards an adaptive mindset in times of disruption.

We’re excited to highlight our award-winners below, along with our finalists, and extend a big thank you to all institutions for their submissions.
