Sophie Noreille – London Region
Sophie is a Learning and Organisation Development practitioner at UCL, where she designs impactful learning experiences and supports the development and delivery of learning and leadership programmes for academic and professional staff. With over 15 years of experience in the field, she is passionate about enabling individuals and organisations to reach their goals.
Her core competencies include organisational development, change management, soft skills training, and management and leadership development. She’s successfully implemented organisation-wide learning and networking events, team strategic development days, and organisational change projects in various sectors, including higher education, local government, and charity.
