Transform, Empower and Balance: Enabling us to thrive
This will take place the following day, 13 November 2024, with colleagues from the South East, South and West and Wales regions. The session will start at 10 am and finish at 1 pm, via Zoom.
The theme for the session is “Transform, Empower and Balance: Enabling us to thrive”. In these times of disruption and change, it’s important that we take some time to reflect on our role as Learning and Development/Organisational Development professionals and consider how we can continue to thrive.
This cross-regional session offers a unique opportunity for us to network with colleagues from the different regions. We’ll also be joined by some external speakers, to share their insights and ideas around the theme and spark our discussions around current opportunities and challenges.
Bookings will be made available via SDF Jiscmail and regional chairs will manage calendar invites to gauge engagement.
At the end of the session, a short form will be circulated to evaluate the session and collect participant details in order to send a voucher as a small token of appreciation from the SDF.
Please note, there is no cost to attend this regional session of the Festival and this replaces the regional meeting that we would typically hold in October/November.
