Are you ready to transform, empower and balance your learning and development practice in times of disruption?

Join us for the SDF Festival of Learning and Development 2024, a three-day event that will inspire, challenge and connect you with the latest trends, tools and techniques in Learning and Development.

The festival will feature four key themes: transforming learning across hierarchies with the affordances of technology, empowering the workforce for innovation, inclusivity and wellbeing in the face of ambiguity and scarcity, balancing human growth and technological disruption, and revolutionising learning and reflection for success and happiness.

You will have the opportunity to hear from leading experts, such as Donald Taylor, who will explore what the future of learning at work looks like, and Professor Christina Hughes, who will discuss the priorities for leadership development in higher education.

The festival features two keynote speakers from Advance HE who will share their insights and expertise on topics such as Leadership Careers in Professional Services and the future of L&D and staff development in the age of AI.

You will also be able to participate in interactive workshops, symposia, learning playgrounds and Pecha kuchas, covering topics such as adaptive leadership, coaching, team thinking, learning agility, job crafting, reflective conversations, hybrid working, and emotional intelligence.

Whether you are a Learning and Organisational professional, a leader, a manager, a coach, a mentor, or a learner, you will find something to suit your needs and interests at the festival. You will also be able to network with your peers, share your experiences and ideas, and celebrate your achievements.

Take this chance to learn from the network, develop your skills and mindset, and empower yourself and others for the future of work.

Join us on 11, 12 and 13 November 2024 for the SDF Festival of Learning and Development 2024.

Bookings open soon.
