Each year, the Staff Development Forum aims to recognise and celebrate outstanding staff development individuals and/or teams.
This year, we have two Awards in recognition of our Festival of Learning and Development 2023 overarching theme: ‘Innovating, nourishing and storytelling: The evolving L&D professional’.

Winners will be announced during the SDF Festival of Learning and Development, which starts on Monday 13th November 2023.
Our judges have enjoyed reading all nominations. It is outstanding that colleagues are doing more than is expected of them in their roles, as well as hearing managers nominating their staff.
