The next AWLSIG Workshop – Equality Vs Equity – will take place on Wednesday 15th March 2023 10.00AM – 11.30AM.
As International Women’s day events draw to a close, we’re delighted to announce that we will be continuing the conversations around equality with Jenny Garrett OBE who will be our guest speaker.
At this interactive event based on Jenny’s current book Equality vs Equity, Jenny will be Embracing Equity, exploring how we can be more ADEPT at embracing Equality to create more gender balanced Institutions through Expanding our Awareness of the context, Deepening our knowledge of lived experience, being an Empathetic changemaker, defining our Pathways to action, and practicing Thoughtful introspection.
We would warmly welcome participation from all genders at our events.

About the speaker:
Jenny Garrett OBE is an Award Winning Career Coach and Leadership Trainer, with over 15 years’ experience of running a Global Business. Jenny empowers people to make the transformation that they are seeking actually happen. That could be navigating their career successfully finding work that is more on purpose for them or getting the best from their team. Everything she does is aimed at either advancing gender balance, creating inclusive workplaces or equipping young people with the skills that leaders of the future need. Jenny is best known for her book Rocking Your Role, which is a guide to success for female breadwinners, delivering inspiring talks, career coaching, delivering leadership training, speaking in media, facilitating retreats and running teen conferences.
