The SDF Developing Excellent Practice Award reflects the 2022 Festival of Learning and Development’s overarching theme of “Influence, engage and augment…gearing up for your future L&D”

- Danny Benton from University of Huddersfield for the nomination ‘Developing our entire people manager population’
- Kelly Vere from University of Nottingham for the nomination ‘The Herschel Programme for Women in technical Leadership’
- Zoe Irvine and Kass Hawkley from University of Portsmouth for the nomination ‘iLead: Inclusive Leadership Exploration and Discovery at UoP’.
The winner of this years’ Developing Excellent Practice Award will be announced during the Festival of Learning and Development, on Tuesday 15th November.
