Zoe Irvine
Zoe has been in the SD / OD / L&D space for a number of years, and started her current role – Head of People and Organisational Development, University of Portsmouth – in July 2022. As a professional coach and coaching supervisor, she is passionate about Coaching and Mentoring, particularly around Leadership.
Her key interests include Psychometrics, Programme design and delivery and most importantly developing people. Zoe also has a particular interest in Change and Culture within Higher Education and the Learning Transfer challenge experienced by many.
A Blue Motivational System (SDI) has people at the heart of everything Zoe does.
Zoe joined the SDF when she was in an admin role within Staff Development in approximately 2006. She then became Chair of the South East Regional Group in May 2012 for 5 years and contributed to the SDF Story back in 2018.
Outside of work, Zoe volunteers with the Wight Brainy Bunch, a small charity on the Isle of Wight providing a support network and financial assistance to local families affected by Brain Tumours.
