Workshop 2: Appreciating Cognitive Diversity – Working with Unconscious Bias for Teams in Change
In this interactive parallel session, participants will consider the latest research into unconscious bias, and the implications for people developers who are supporting teams through change. Together we will share strategies and practical tools for shining a light upon unconscious bias, to understand the levels of cognitive diversity within our teams. All participants will have the opportunity to receive their own personal Margerison-McCann Team Management Profile as part of this session – with the results used as a live case study to help explore change management strategies for a variety of team dynamics.
