Target Audience: Those within university administrative or support functions who are managing teams of professional staff.

Objectives:

• Reflect on and consider the implications of the changing environment in which we operate
• Update knowledge of current developments in respect of leading teams, managing performance and developing staff
• Develop leadership skills and reflect on own preferred leadership style
• Explore the role of middle manager
• Broaden experience by exchanging information, ideas and experience with peers
• Progress own personal and professional development plans
