Anne Fogarty is an experienced Learning & Development Professional and Manager with an MSc in Training & Performance Management, a BA in International Marketing & Languages, and over twenty-five years professional experience in management, talent and leadership development across a range of industries. Anne is a confident, creative and engaging facilitator of both face to face and virtual learning.

- 10 years’ experience delivering leading edge virtual training
- 25 years’ experience in leadership, learning and talent development roles including 4 years in management roles (Microsoft European Operations Centre); over 4 years in in-house/interim Learning & Development roles (The Financial Ombudsman Service, Which? and BBC)
- Anne has worked with Centre 4 Learning since 2009 and works with over 20 UK Universities
- Strong background in developing leaders and team members in several areas of personal effectiveness, communication and leadership and focusing on the challenges of working in an environment of increasing volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (ref. Bennis and Nanus)
- Impactful, dynamic, and highly motivating coach/trainer/facilitator of both face to face and virtual workshops as proven through excellent client feedback and results
