Charting success and navigating the possible: creating channels for change

Are you responsible for institutional and strategic change, or an equality and diversity specialist who wishes to stimulate real change and progress race equality in your university?

BME Leadership in Higher Education Summit 2018 is the third annual BME conference organised in partnership with the Equality Challenge Unit, and has become a highly popular event in the higher education calendar.

This year the focus is on Charting success and navigating the possible: creating channels for change.  Through a mixed format of panel discussions, presentations and thematic workshops topics, the day aims to empower agents of change and key decision makers to take action to advance the race equality agenda within their institution and tackle the systematic issues associated with the underrepresentation of BME leaders within the sector.
